How to Play

The objective of Fantasy Pundit is simple; correctly predict the result and the score for each Premiership game each week and accumulate points every time you make a correct prediction. At the end of the competition, the player with the most points wins.

Competition Period

Fantasy Pundit runs between the start of the Premiership season and the end of the final day of that season.

Calculating Points

Points are calculated upon the following possible results:

Prize

• The winner, the player with the highest accumulated points at the end of the season, will receive a Sony Bravia HD television.
• The player who, at the end of each month, has the highest accumulated points that month, will a bottle of limited edition champagne.
• Tie-breaks for both monthly and season competitions will be settled on the following basis in descending order:
  
  • Strike rate - correct scores
  • Strike rate - correct winners
  • Total correct predictions
  • Date registered with the competition

Method of Play

• Players may enter their predictions as soon as weekly matches are published.
• Predictions can be made from the 'selections' page which will list all games due to be played within the Premiership that week. Predictions may be placed all at once or, simply by clicking the save button regularly, across a period of time. Predictions for each game will cease to be possible after noon on respective match-days.
• Against each match, players may predict the concluding scoreline for the game by filling in the box next to each match.

Fantasy Pundit Leaderboard

• The leaderboard will be updated as football results are received.
• The player with the most points gained for the season to date will be at the top of the main leaderboard.
• A monthly 'Steamers' leaderoard will show the best points position on a calendar month basis.

Competition terms and conditions

• The competition is limited to one registration per individual. Multiple registrations will be deleted leaving only the first registration in play.
• Prizes offered are not negotiable.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old in order to participate.
• No telephone calls or correspondence will be entered in to regarding the rules of the competition.
• In respect of any disputes arising, whatsoever, Fantasy Pundit's decision is final.
• The winners (monthly and season) will be contacted by email no later than five (5) days after the conclusion of the competition.
• Winner's names will be available by accessing our web site.

Changes to Fantasy Pundit

Fantasy Pundit reserves the right to change or amend any aspect of Fantasy Pundit at any time. However, we will always attempt to give adequate notice of any changes which materially effect the playing of the competition.
